My name is Hund.
I have decided to carry out an investigation into the management practices of the IOTA Foundation. I will be focusing on both potentially illegal and unethical behavior. The topics I am currently interested are the use of the IOTA Foundation resources for personal profit and the leadership practices of the members of the Board of Directors.
The IOTA Foundations exists to further develop open source DLT, namely, the IOTA protocol. The IOTA protocol was co-founded by Sergey Ivancheglo and David Sønstebø in 2015, later joined by Dominik Schiener and Serguei Popov. The IOTA Foundation was co-founded by Dominik Schiener and David Sønstebø in 2017, later joined by Sergey Ivancheglo and Serguei Popov.
The leaks that followed the recent public feudbetween Sergey Ivancheglo and David Sønstebø have provided an unprecedented level of accessinto the inner workings of the IOTA Foundation.
Even at such an early stage of the investigation, it is already clear to me that, at the very least, David Sønstebø should leave, or be removed from, the Board of Directors of the IOTA Foundation as soon as possible. His dismal performance is filled with lies, abuse, and a focus on achieving total control of the IOTA Foundationfor personal enrichment.
This website strives to collect and organize all the key information related with the investigation along with my interpretation of said information. Thus, allowing anybody to easily understand all the shenanigans, conflicts of interest, and lack of oversightthat have taken place, and are still taking place, at the IOTA Foundation.
